Alicia Keys And Her Husband Swizz Beatz Purchased New Property For $20.8 Million
Designed by architect Wallace E. Cunningham of San Diego, the stunning property purchase was a mystery. Revealed later to be the musical power couple, Alicia and Swizz. Setting them back $20.8 Million, this purchase is the most expensive real estate sale in La Jolla, California this year.

Facilitating the deal was Douglas Elliman’s Josh and Matt Altman. The duo will enjoy this 11,545 square foot oceanfront property for years to come. Sporting a modern curved structure with concrete retaining walls and floor-to-ceiling glass walls, it’s absolutely stunning.

With sweeping mountain views, the property has an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Pulling your eyes in every direction, there;s not an inch of this property that doesn’t beg for attention.

With stacked balconies and terraces, an underground garage and a separate computer room this home is sure to bring many years of happiness. Though you and I may not ever own such a lovely place, we can dream can’t we? Who wouldn’t love to see this view everyday?

As reported by Inman, the house was previously owned by the chief executive of the phone device company called magicJack. As told to the Wall Street Journal, the prior owner stated that the new owner “appreciated the architecture” of the home as much as he did.
