Chadwick Boseman, the iconic star of “Black Panther” and several other major films has died at the age of 43 from stage 4 colon cancer.
Chadwick Boseman Diagnosed 4 Years Ago With Colon Cancer

Bursting on the scene with a string of successful projects, beloved actor Chadwick Boseman has died. First diagnosed 4 years ago, the star lost his battle with colon cancer.
Confirmed by Boseman’s rep late last night, the news came in via a statement released by his family. As reported by TMZ, this is what the family had to say –
“It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the tragic passing of Chadwick Boseman. Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, and battled with it these last 4 years as it progressed to stage IV.”
“it was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.”
“He died in his home, with his wife and family by his side”
Along with a series of “Avengers” movies, Boseman brought the first black Marvel superhero to life in “Black Panther”. Reportedly, this role was the “highlight of his career”.
Boseman breathed life into the fictional role of King T’Challa of the fictional African nation of Wakanda.

Most recently, fans enjoyed him perfecting his craft in the movie, “21 Bridges” and Spike Lee’s “Da 5 Bloods“.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting his return to his epic role in a second installment of Black Panther. Delayed due to the global pandemic, Part 2 is slated to be released in the year 2022.
Recently, Boseman stirred the curiosity of fans when he appeared gaunt during a social media post. But later, the speculation was assumed that he must be preparing for a role of some sort.
Chadwick never publicly shared his diagnosis. And between all the film roles, he was being treated for cancer, undergoing several surgeries and chemotherapy behind the scenes.

Boseman lost his battle at the age of 43…surrounded by family. He will surely be missed.
